Wow, this is great! My mum’s got a weather station at hers but how good to have it to-the-minute like this and online… love it.
Hi eatinglikeahorse (Elle?),
My Weather Station is only one of literally thousands that can be found online, at places such as Weather Underground, where mine is hosted. If you were to look hard enough, there will be a local one to you somewhere out there. Regarding the link, I’ll try again here – http://iceagenow.info/2012/02/villages-buried-4-5-meters-snow-video/
The video is in a foreign lingo but it matters not, as the video footage is what is fascinating, albeit very scary. Amazing to think events such as those can even occur in Europe.
Kind Regards
Tony Powell
Hi Tony. I’m currently researching a documentary about amateur weather enthusiasts for the BBC, and would love to chat over the phone about what you do if possible. Please email me back with your contact details and I’ll call you whenever suits. Look forward to hearing back. Mike
I’ll get back to you.
