Benchmarking Birds: This is how I roll.

When not out monitoring, I’m always up to something to do with my passion projects (more like a permanent profession), birds and their conservation. Benchmarking everything (as much as is feasible) that flies through my binoculars or gains my attention aurally is relatively straightforward by now, given my years of experience. Understandably, it also takes several years to build a loyal client base and reach a level where my data impacts conservation and land management decisions, providing practical and meaningful insights to those willing to employ me. I hope this self-styled brief video introduction (beware: amateur footage) to my Benchmarking aspect will interest some of my WordPress blog followers.
